Error in the medical request from CIC

Kindly advice,
I received my medical request from CIC in which my gender wrongly mentioned as "female". In spite of that I have attended the medical test here in Kuwait and the concerned doctor could not update the results. The deadline to submit the document is on 22-09-2019 and I'm clueless on how to handle the situation.
Could anyone guide me?

Send a web form to the VO dealing with your application and point out the mistake.
