Error in online application for work permit

Hi, can somebody help me, I am trying to apply online for extension of my work permit, all documents were uploaded successfully except for the form, I have the right form which is the IMM5710, it was validated but then everytime i tried to upload the validated form, it always has the same error, "Error Description: The answers you provided previously in the question flow do not correspond with the values in the application form. Please modify your answers in the question flow or the values in the application form. " Im losing my patient please help me

Hi, maybe I have to send it thru mail then, its wasting time if i'll keep in trying.

Did you check to see if the answers you provided in the MyCIC online questionnaire is the same as what you provided in the form? I suggest you double check both of your answers to make sure they are the same. This online application is too picky: a little discrepancy, and it gives error.

is there any problem with the website? i've checked it so many times, all info are the same.. but still there's an error

Did you use Share with CIC, to let them know of your problem?

I am getting the same error while applying online for a tourist visa. Is there a contact number for CIC?

i know the problem now.. there's a mistake in what country who issued passport.. where in fact the site has a bug... for example:

Citizenship: A
Currently Staying: B
Country of Issue: A. (I put B coz when I renewed my passport, Issuing authority is B not A.)

Or maybe I misundertood it.. hahahahaha

i know the problem now.. there's a mistake in what country who issued passport.. where in fact the site has a bug... for example:

Citizenship: A
Currently Staying: B
Country of Issue: A. (I put B coz when I renewed my passport, Issuing authority is B not A.)

Or maybe I misundertood it.. hahahahaha

Yes, the issuing country is the country that issues the passport, which is (usually) your country of citizenship, regardless of the location of the issuing office, like an embassy of country A which is in country B.

I am trying to upload my documents to extend work permit . I have same problem similar to what you had. My passport issued in different country than my country of citizenship, and now I have problem :-(

The answers in the form and those in the online questionnaire may mismatch. Check to see if the answers are exactly the same.

Oh my goodness, it's as if i have to pull my hair out but I did find out the culprit. There is a mismatch between the type of visa requested for in the questionnaire and the visa type selected on this form. In my instance, i selected super visa in the questionnaire but visitor visa on the form hence the system detected an invalid sequence.

I Keep on getting this error
You entered a different value for:

• country of nationality of your passport (online questionnaire)
• passport - Country of issue (PDF form)

My issue is my country of nationality is 'IND' but Country of Issue is "USA".

But when I check my responses, they are correct in both forms. What should I do?
