Error in calculating CRS points in EE profile

Hi,

In my EE profile, I have mentioned having a relative in NB, but while calculating score it doesn't give me points for the same. I had also reported an error using "Report a technical issue on this page" form. But I haven't got any reply.

Is there any other way I am supposed to raise this issue?

For CRS scores, your relative must be a sibling. Who is your relative?
I have an uncle staying in NB, does points for a relative get added after confirmation from the province where relative resides?
I have got EOI from NB and an email from Gov of NB asking for more details about my relative, to which I have replied.

But my concern is I should have been given points in my EE profile. The CRS calculator does give me points.

How do you get CRS points for an uncle? It clearly states you get CRS 15 points for a sibling only. If you have EOI, you don’t need the points then.

You don't get EE points for having an uncle. As said above, EE points are only awarded for siblings. The calculation is correct.

It's only once your EE profile gets created that you see they consider only siblings. However, while creating EE profile, they have a list of relatives that they consider "family". See dropdown Here.

Anyway, have I raised it the correct way? I had reported a technical issue on the page. Or are we supposed to contact them elsewhere? Do we need to contact over an email?
I just want to highlight that the CRS calculator page and EE form consider other relatives as family connection.

Yes, I have got EOI from NB, but what if I don't get a nomination! I might lose out FSW draw by a few points. You never know till what the cut-off score may drop.

Also agree that it doesnt make sense to award points in EE if NB doesnt consider a valid connection to the province. But, "technically", I should be given points.

Because in creating a profile (score over 67), you get eligibility points for other family members. It is not a technical issue. If you are eligble with over 67 points, you then can count siblings for CRS points.
