Guys since yesterday night am receiving this error.....

Using 3g 1.6 mpbps , does anyone with this speed logged in???

Even I am from India. It's not working. Same error 20. Connection timeout.

I am here in Canada and can't apply as well. Code 20 or too many users.

I have tried different systems like Mac,PC, Chrome and Firefox.. No luck so far...

whatever is currently going on its clear that only few can access it & if it continues till 18th & people like ourselves don't get a chance then it will be straight an unfair & absurd deal! I think Quebec immigration administration won't let it happen & hopefully everyone will get a chance.... don't give up try your best so that you can be satisfied with your efforts whatever the result is......

I had same error code until I read someone who was successful advising to open several pages and try simultaneously!. it worked!
I was able to register after spending all night till early morning at it!. But since then to log into my account has been really frustrating. most times when I try the system logs me out its a real punishment.
Try opening several pages at a time and keep trying, simultaneously though I use 4GLTE it should not be the reason, I think there are just too many of us at it. Good luck mate

i am from Quebec in Montreal and speed of internet is 25mbps but still nothing .I stucked at security question every time it showing only few user can access it....frustrating.

Please Call them or visit there office if possible, as system is not allowing us to login since more than 2 days!!, Same Error 20

as per their website's q&a.. high speed internet is not required. So i don't think speed is the problem here...
