i have recieved my wes, i want to apply for eoi now, please suggest me when should i apply for EOI. I am getting married in august 2018. shall i apply now or after getting married. my IELTS score is expiring in january 2019

You make an EE profile on their website. They will tell you your CRS score. After that you need to wait for ITA.

While submitting my EOI; what shall I put here "Name of school/institution"; the name of my college where I studied or the name of the university to which it is affiliated?
