Hello all,
I am facing following situation

If I apply as Married I get 455 points

If I apply as Single I get 463 points

Seeing the current CRS cut off I am inclined to go with single application, I have following questions

1) If I get ITA for single profile(463) what difficulties I will face to explain why I am applying as single (although married) and not bringing my spouse to Canada (don't have kids yet). What kind of documentations ? or anything else that will be required

2) Once I complete my landing on the basis of single application, how much time will it take for my wife to complete the visa process and land in Canada?

You cannot apply as single, that is misrepresentation. If you mean you will apply as married but with spouse non-accompanying then that's a different story.

You can do so without any problems, just need to declare why spouse is not accompanying, with solid and valid reason. No misrepresentation allowed.
