It was posted on my EE profile 11am but I'm yet to receive email from mpnp

Check for email because my status changed to assessment in process today while my nomination has been posted and I have already accepted and claimed my 600point at the Federal.

I received MPNP nomination in Sep 14th. I was informed by direct mail from MPNP itself. But till now my EE profile do not reflect the same and unable to move forward. Have been waiting for a reply from MPNP and they are also not responding. Can some one guide me why it takes this much delay and what should I do now?
