Envelope is small - papers are not fitting into the CIC provided envelope

Hi,

In regard to my canadian citizenship application, CIC mailed me a letter along with the envelope for asking some papers. They asked me to send it into the envelope provided by them.

It is a big bundle of papers (almost 20 papers) which i need to fit into the CIC provided envelope. It does not seem to fit into it. Can i send it into my another envelope. Will they accept it?

Please advise if someone has face the similar situation.

I would use a bigger envelope that fits your documentations and use the address assigned on the small envelope to mail it. Even include the envelope in with the bigger package.

What are your dates?
What papers did they ask for?

Use a bigger envelope and put the right address on it. You don't have to use same envelope. I did the same. Hope it helps.

using a bigger envelope that fits your documentations, and including the small envelope that they sent you with it would be your best option
as screech339 mentioned above
