entry refused?

hello people, i need advise on our application.i was refuse entry into Israel due to an alteration on my passport but the trip was made after i have filled the form where they ask if you have being deported or refuse an entry into a country which i filled NO and my wife changed the date i filled this form to a recent one before she submitted.now the reason for entry denial was corrected on my passport when ei came back to my country of residence.can any correction be made or we wait till they ask for reasons

If the application form is dated after the entry refusal to Isreal, you should submit an updated form with the correct information - stating that you were refused entry, and explain the details in the space provided.

If you do not provide this information they can refuse your application due to misrepresentation because it occurred prior to the form's date and therefore contains wrong information. This is not not a minor detail, and others before you have been refused for accidentally leaving out such information. It's possible they may ask you about it and give you opportunity to explain, but don't depend on that. Fix it yourself to show you are not withholding information.

Once you have your UCI and application #, you can send the new form to CIC to put in your application.
