Entry into Canada while immigrating

Hi All,

Both me and my wife have applied for immigration. Is it okay/possible for me to enter the country first and later my wife..??

If you are not principal applicant, then yes.

I am not the primary applicant but my wife is. I am planning to enter first and she would enter 3months later.
How are we supposed to carry proof of funds

Then your plan would not work. Either she land first or land together with you.

The primary applicant has to land first or with dependents.
Depebdents alone can not make the initial landing.
