Entry/exit records for UK visits

Hi

I have been asked to provide entry and exit records from UK since i dont have my old passport (passport lost) with the entry stamps during the interview.
Any idea on how i can obtain this record ?I am not a UK citizen but i had a UK Tier 1 general migrant visa for that period.

Thanks, i have actually been to the provided links , but they seem to be relevant to UK passport holders, unless i am missing something.
Just checking if there is any body on this forum with similar experience that has obtained UK Entry/exit records as non UK citizen
