The link you provided refers to the Start Up visa immigration program. Have you applied for PR through the Start Up immigration program? Have you received a commitment certificate from the program as a result of submitting your immigration application?

The part of the page which refers to the Startup Visa program is in turquise. It is a notification section which is unrelated to the TEMPORARY work permit with the $230 employer fee which is what the page is about. If you look at the navigation at the top of the page, you'll see this is in the temporary workers section of the website, wherease the Startup Visa program is not temporary (that program is listed under the immigration section of the website). So this is a separate work permit and I'm trying to figure out if it is an option for me.

Scylla -- This is a separate work permit than the Startup Visa. Right?
