HI
ME AND MY FAMILY BECAME PERMANENT RESIDENTS IN MAY 2013.
We spent 30 day in 2013 and another 30 days in 2014 in canada.
Out pr cards will expire in may2018.
I am the only son and i had my old mother to take care off and dont have any other brother or sister. Even my dad passed away 25 years back. In 2015 we had decided to move back permanently to canada but my mother was diagnosed with canada. Being the only child we didnt have any option but we had to be with my ailing mom. We recently lost her due to this deadly disease. I am in middle of settling all her property related matters etc and will be moving to canada permanently y end of this year as i have to wind up everything from my home country.
While we were away from canada i was working for a canadian incorporation in their indian office on deputation , was paid in canadian bank accounts, paying taxes, using canadian credit cards, paying bills and didnt use any social benefits as well.
Since i had compelling reasons so i would like to know what are the chances on me being reported to leave the country for not meeting the residency requirement considering my conditions which were beyond my control.
