Entering Canada 7 days before my TFW visa expires. will they let me enter?

hi there does anybody knows if I might have troubles to enter Canada if my visa expires Nov. 14th and my flight lands Nov. 7th? I want ask for "new" visa - change conditions...remain in canada application... I should have the LMO by then during the week before my visa expires. thanx

Sure, as long as you are in status. They might say "you know your status expires in a week" and if you say "yes, the LMO just came in and we're sending in the renewal before it expires" should be fine.

I am not sure what you meant by TFW visa? Work permit or TRV in the passport?

If you meant TRV, I entered Canada 1 day prior to expiry but had my work permit valid for another year.
