1) Fly to the U.S. and re-enter Canada through a land border using a private vehicle. There is a chance you may be reported for failing to meet RO.
2) Apply for a PRTD if you have strong H&C considerations for failing to meet RO.
If you want to enter Canada on a visit visa, then you have to start by renouncing your PR status. Then you would apply for a visitor visa. How long that takes depends on where you are located.
