Enrollment letter

Hello guys,

My flight is at end of december. But I dont have the enrollment letter . Do i need the enrollment letter to show the immigration officer or offer letter should be enough with all other documents ? And also I wanted to ask you guys that do i need the travel insurance as well while entering Canada ?Please help
