Enquiry about Medical

Hello everyone,
I have applied for the express entry profile on 19th of feb and I got the invitation to apply on 22nd of feb. Then I got the message to upload all the documents and the mail for medical will be sent to you within a month. It is almost a month now and I have not received the mail till now.
Can anyone tell me how much time does it take?

Go for Upfront Medicals.
You dont have to wait for a mail from CIC to do medicals.

I went for that too but tje doctor needs the mail as a number will be given by them for my file on which doctor will conduct my medical. So what do I need to do for it?

I have a question related to Medicals. If I were to do a Medical for this ITA, and then later decline it because other documents are not ready, would I have to do a new Medical for the new ITA or can it be used of the new ITA?

I didnt get any mail either? I called today to get an appt and the doctors office also requested a letter?

As far as I know, if it is under 6 months then you can use the same medical. I have actually reused my old one.
