You cannot include your parents in the application. You can only include your spouse and any children under 19.

Detailed information about Canada's immigration programs can be found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp

You will have to research these programs to understand what it takes to apply and how to qualify.

There are two ways to apply for refugee/asylum programs:

One is to obtain a visitor visa and claim refugee status once you arrive in Canada. If you can't get a visitor visa, then you would have to move out of your country of residence to a different country and then be recognized there as refugees by UNHCR or a similar referral application before you can come to Canada as refugees.

However you still won't be able to include your parents in the application. They would have to apply and qualify on their own.

The refugee program is not an alternative to traditional immigration streams. It is intended for those people whose lives are in danger, and who actually need safe refuge.
