Enough proof of relationship?

I submitted about 20 wedding photos, 20 reception photos, 15 honeymoon photos, and 15 other photos. 6 letters of support from friends/family. 90 pages of screenshots showing WhatsApp calls and FB video calls. 50 pages of screenshots of WhatsApp texts. 100 pages of chat logs from WhatsApp and FB. 30 pages of public interaction on FB/ showing mutual friends etc. Boarding passes and passport stamps from my two visits and flight ticket for upcoming trip to Indonesia + flight tickets for both my wife and I from Yogyakarta to Bali for second honeymoon. 10 screenshots of video calls between me and my wife and of my wife talking with my daughter and my mom. 16 pages of western union receipts. Joint credit card statement. Receipts for the food from the reception and the wedding photographer. Hotel reservations/receipts. Random tickets and receipts from activities done together. Screenshot of my CRA online account showing my marital status and wife name.

Had a previous common law relationship that ended not long before I met my wife, under 1 year before marriage, married on second visit, my side of family did not attend.

Your proofs seem pretty good so far, do you feel you guys have any major red flags in your relationship? If you do, might be best to present more documents/photos to demonstrate your marriage is genuine. As for your parents not attending, give detailed and good explanations as to why not.

I am shopping around for some term life insurance and will want to present that when I get it. I plan on taking lots of photos with my wife when I arrive in Indonesia in 10 days, we will visit her family for 3 days then off to Bali. So I will have more proofs soon that I could submit.

Also, one of the letters of support I submitted with the application was actually from my ex, who said that we are still friends and talk frequently and that she has seen how I am going out of my way to do things for my wife and that she supports my marriage and believes it to be genuine and that our daughter talks about my wife to her mother all the time.

I think that is the biggest flag, starting the relationship with my wife a month after moving out from my common law relationship.

I also explained the main reason my parents could not attend is because their dog is 16 years old, deaf and going blind and needs around the clock care. She was adopted from a shelter as a puppy by my parents and was abused before that and she is only comfortable around my parents. I said for this reason my parents couldn't leave.

I think you have submitted enough evidence of genuine relationship , however you over killed it with Photos and Chat pages , excess chat pages get shredded at Mississauga .

I don't think you need to send more pictures , if you don't send not too many , focus on qualitative V.s Quantitative .

My whole application file was 140 pages , including my whole passport pages and about 20 photos . I however could have provided at least 1000 pages of chat and 100s of pictures .

You are providing a lot of just wedding evidence. Try to include more of your relationship before. Did you take any trips together? Photos of you out for dinner? Letters? Maybe add a few letters from family or friends vouching for your relationship. I feel you already have enough evidence but try to include a bit from each stage of your relationship.

2. T1 General Showing spouse name
3. Statuary Declaration of common-law signed at the Canadian Embassy in Mexico City
4. 4 Letters of support from friends
5. Mail to both of us to the same address in Canada
6. Large U.S$ amount ( money order ) bearing both of our names
7. Financial support receipts ( 2 per month for the last 3 years )
8. Boarding passes and trips ( 6 Visits to Mexico in 2 years )
9. Pictures , with friends and Family
10. Life Insurance
11. WhatsApp chat logs , Yahoo Messenger chat , Skype Video /Calls
12. Flower delivery receipts
13. Mail to Mexico City
14. Pictures of Gifts
15. Copies of Passport pages showing Mexico Stamps and entry dates
16. Invitation letter for friends in Mexico City to calibrate my 1st visit to my fiancée's home
17. Receipts of Furniture at TV purchase showing both of our names

I have also gathered lots of additional evidence and will send it soon .

2- More Mail to her to my home address

8- Canada Post Stamps with our picture , to commemorate a mile stone in our relationship

Not sure of this is enough to put Officer's suspicions and discriminatory attitude to rest .

You have even more proof than I sent in and you think I have enough but you don't?

Also, I sent so many pages of chats because Singapore VO is one of the toughest in the world. I sent a random 5 straight days to show how we communicate over time and then sent couple pages from each month to show it is continuing. I then told them I have 100k messages from July to now if they want them.

My entire application weighed 11lbs and I still don't think I sent enough proof.

You also have to prove that your relationship is genuine and CONTINUING.....so show evidence that you both are still together and continuing your relationship. With that being said do not show only old call logs or old chats.....provide the most recent chat logs, recent call logs etc etc. What I did is I showed 3 separate conversations per month we were together up until I sent my application. I subittmed my application in January so I included chatlogs up until end of December..I included photos of us that were taken in December etc etc. Of course if you have been together for years and years and years that will not be the case as that will be alot of back tracking. But the evidence you are providing will be good enough for the officers to believe your relationship is genuine. I hope that makes sense!

Other examples of relationship evidence can be:

Rental Lease in both your names
Letters from family or friends stating that your relationship is genuine
Facebook Status's or posts on eachothers wall?
