English translation of Degree Certificate

Hello, I'm working on the WEC documents and I'd like to know where can I translate my Degree Cetificate to English in Toronto area. There's a link in WEC website however costi.org is too expensive that they will charge me $120 for a certificate translation. Wonder if I could find somewhere cheaper?

Here: http://www.docsbase.ca/ People on this forum use them and we tried too. I don't know what diploma is yours, mine was $83 with transcripts and all notes and notary

Thanks for the info guys, I used translation agency www.docsbase.ca and received my documents. Translation is good and price is good too. They sent me doc files for my review before they certify and notarize translations. I found one typo but they did not make any mistake in document, even used spellings as I requested.
