English Requirements for Indian applicants

Hello All,

Do I need to submit IELTS/Duolingo exam results with my regular study permit application? The official checklist (imm5483e) doesn't have any mention of the English test.

If non SDS then no. You can always attach it. Duolingo isn’t accepted.

Recounting from my and some of my friends' experiences, they will ask for proof that of your English language proficiency. If you have taken a TOEFL / IELTS then no need to worry, Or else you can get a document from your uni stating that you are proficient enough and are required to give any exams.
