Hello all,
I've got someone who doesn't have a valid PR card (it's expired) nor does she have a valid passport (it's also expired), those are the only forms of identification allowed for IELTS or any other test. She does have a high school diploma which is in english and hindi as well and the instruction for that was in english but she is unable to get a letter from her insitution cause she's been in canada for like 20 years as a PR. Any advice on what she can do?
Thanks,
