hi guys! My husband and I are applying for citizenship this month and I wanted to ask if anyone has any knowledge or experience with the English proficiency. My husband took a Life Licence Qualification course to get his Life Insurance License and General Insurance Licenses here in Canada. Wondering if that qualifies for the English proficiency. The reason I have some doubts

1. No, it doesn't IELTs, CELPIP, LINC or if educations from a school overseas that the medium of instruction was in English.
