just wonderinng,do i need an IELTS exam?since Ive been working here Ireland for 6 1/2 years. anyn ideas plz. tnx.

yes you need to write IELTS unless you are a native english speaker

hello, i got a letter from the CIC - manila, stating that my application is now being evaluated, that i can be awarded 63 points from what i submitted. however, i recently got a job in canada, will this new status earn me at least 4 points to reach the minimum 67? I have the positive LMO, work permit and the letter from my employer. thanks for your advise. 4 points to go!!!

No, because you haven't worked in Canada, if you had an AEO, you would have received 15 points. The LMO will not give you any points.
