Engineering Diploma + Engineering Degree WES Evaluation

Under which category of level of education will I fall.

I have done Diploma Computer Engineering (3 years) and Degree Computer Engineering (3 years).

I have 4 years of work experience in India.

1) Will my WES evaluation count this as 2 more post secondary or one post secondary or what exactly?
2) Should I hire a counsellor or try everything by myself, a counsellor is quoting 1.8lakhs for everything (excluding provincial application)
3) My current score with 8/7/7/7 is 429 w(without normal education option)

So game changers for my profile will be
1. Scoring high in IELTS
2. Getting my education evaluated as dual degree
3. Both

Given that option 1 is my hand I can reach 441 by myself with a bachelors degree, do you think that confirms a PR for me?

Hoping someone would help me with an elaborate answer, goes without saying I too will help once I am capable of doing so. Thanks.

You will have to do the WES (or other ECA) to find out. You really haven't given us enough info to even guess. If you received credit from the diploma towards the degree, then likely you will get credit for a bachelor's degree.

If your Degree is from a reputed university, then you can claim "two or more"

My Diploma is from MSBTE and Degree is from Mumbai University. As per my knowledge both are pretty recognized. A consultant said WES will only count bachelors and not a dual degree.

Yet apply for WES, but having talked to so many people here its safe to assume that its a dual degree.
