Engineering + Arts degree?

Hi,
I have completed Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and communication engg. and trying for M.Eng in any canadian university.
Also I have much interest over Philosophy.

Is there any program which will allow me to do dual Master Degree? That is both M.Eng and in Philosophy???

As far as I know you can complete dual degree in engineering sector only if you have passed from this sector.

No, I dont have a degree in Philosophy. I only have a bachelor degree in engineering. Anyway I can get a Philosophy degree along with my M.Eng?

I think you cannot get a philosophy degree in masters but can get in bachelors.
