my tution fee is 14000$ and living+travel 11000$
total 25000$....80% of it is 20000$ means(present 55.2) let us assume 56= inr 1120000 (eleven lakhs twenty thsnd) i am planning to apply for a loan of 15lakhs (property as security)......(suggest me about this)...
my dad has an annual income of 3lakhs and rents of 3lakhs per year.....my mother is a house wife.......we have two own houses and my dad is a govt employee......do i need any itr,income certificates or any other documents to apply under spp?how is my financial background is it enugh to prove that i come back to INDIA? FORGOT I AM HAVING 6LAKHS AS LIQUID CASH (NOT IN BANK,WITH ME ITSELF).
by the way my profile 10-90%,12-82% i am going to apply for advanced diploma in comp engg technology(3years) SHERIDAN, going for ielts on sep 25th.

Hi,

After completing your 3 years Advanced Diploma in Computer Engg, you will get a 3 years PGWP(Post Grad Work permit).

Then , after completion.. while on PGWP, depending upon the immigration rules prevalent at that time, you may choose to apply under Federal Student immigration plan (CEC) or one of the various student immigration schemes of Provinces known as Provincial Nominee Programmes(PNPs).

What will be the exact rules, 3 years later... is difficult to predict. However, you can take a look at the student immigration routes/rules currently at place, to get an idea of various options available to you after graduation, what are specific requirements (to do job for how long,residency requirements etc.), keep yourself updated about the latest changes (if any) of these programmes over the course of next 3 years and ultimately decide for yourself depending upon your individual circumstances and whichever programme suits you best. SO... there is no direct solution, nor any straight forward way to reply about getting a PR.

Hi,
From financial point of view, you are good to go.
Under SPP, loan approval form a recognized bank of just 80% of total amount required for 1st year tuition fees +living expenses+ return airfare is more than enough.
So that's 80% of (14,000+10,000+2,00C$) = 26,000C$ is 20,800$ or approx 11.5lacs INR. That's it. Get a loan of 11.5-12 lacs INR Given your profile and course selection, there's no need to take extra loan or show any ITR/ financial documents .
