enfield plz reply.voluntarily defer admission possible? or if chc ask to do it?

can we defer our admission to next session while case in process.
or when is chc require it then it will be only possible?

please clear my point.
my case is in embassy.
i contacted my colg a week ago. they said me that you have a time here only 2 more weeks.
if you dont get any response from chc.
you will have to inform us about that you are not coming in this session otherwise
you will not be able to get refund of tuition fee.
you can send us defer admission request due to delay in decision by chc.
after defer if you case is finalized, unfortunately if you get refusal you agian send us refund request

Yes, you can defer your session, if you think you are getting closer to course start date and CHC has not made any decision. Remember to get defer letter from college and fax/send to CHC, Islamabad so they can be informed .

Hi,

1. If you believe you shall get visa for this course/school, notify your school and get a letter of deferral and wait for CHC request for deferral submission. However, in such a case you may end up wasting your "time" for the Sept. 2012 intake.
2. If you believe it make no sense to wait, thn withdraw/cancel your admission and get refund ASAP (possibly with some deduction), and apply for Sept. 2012 intake in a new course/school. In case you don't want to change your school, you may also request your school to transfer tuition to a new course.
3. In case of a visa refusal, you shall get almost full refund (no matter what the refund-deadline is!)

well my college is not providing deffer letter they say they have no policy for defer letter all they can do is they can move me from sep 2012 intake to jan 2013 intake & issue new letter of acceptance

my case is still in process n no reply has yet come from chc & no time left now for going to sep 2012 intake so


can i use tht new letter of acceptance to submit to CHC islamabad to inform them that i have move to jan 2013 intake so i could go for jan 2013...
