I saw my forms clearly and i have a good and a bad news for you

arsalan this is what they ask on the form

have you ever been refused admission in any country or ordered to leave any country

this means have you ever been deported or refused to enter at the point of entry. this means you do not have to disclose anything like you have been refused and stuff. tats the good thing. the bad part is that they will already know about it. so dont worry.

One thing i would like to ask is that have you travelled to any country before and have you ever been given a visa to a country. if yes then you don`t have to worry about your past rejections. just give them enough proof that you are well established here in pakistan and you are good to apply!

All embassies have a protocol of checking your back ground Arsalan. When they do that they check for criminal records in any country and everything comes up on their screen. By everything i mean that their system will also show that you have applied for us and german visa and if you do not disclose that, they can ban you for 2 years to apply for Canadian visa for misrepresentation. and if you are banned it will sabotage your chances of getting the visa in future. the ban gives your case a bad look to every embassy thus decreasing your visa chance to bottom low. I hope you understand what i am saying. No matter what happens never lie or hide something from embassies cause they make you sign on every form that you understand everything and are not lying or hiding something intentionally.

Hi,

Your only option is to apply again with full confidence. You won't achieve anything under stress. There is nothing like minimum/maximum chances to apply. Work hard on your level of establishment/family tie.
