I had been rejected from US embassy earlier this year. the reason they gave is finances because I just gave them a single bankstatement, I didnot know how important the documentation was.

then I again applied to german embassy this september with complete documentation they kept my passport but after one month they returned it without visa stamp and a letter in which it is written "we are not bound to tell you the exact reason but VO feels that you will stay in germany, you just want to enter"

Now what are my chances to have a canadian visa with all original documents?

Re: @ enfeild and other experienced fellows

Does they stamp refusal on your passport or not?

If, not than there is no issue. If, yes than you have to give justification as well.

one of my friend too was rejected by US embassy under 214(b) (potential immigrant) and then he applied for canada visa and he got it :D
now he is planning to lobby US visa again from Canada.
If they have stamped on your passport then you need to justify otherwise no problem.
Best wishes

some people start saying that foreign embassies have a list of people like terrorist fundamentlists etc so there might be chance your name matching to some of that list because embassies share these lists with each other, so rejection twice means there might be this case as well.

Re: @ enfeild and other experienced fellows

I have not seen how they put reject stamp but if there is any stamp then you should disclose while you apply for canada visa. There is one question where they ask if any country has refused your visa. Give rejection letter provided by German embassy if they ask or just mention what is written on that letter. I do not know what will be effect of that on canada visa but if there is stamp then you have to justify. Or else apply for new passport (again long procedure)

well I dont think new passport will work because I eard embassies share some info to each other like mr. X applied for study permit and we refused. so I think I should we should disclose and justify

They do not share. I have example of my own friend whose US visa was rejected but he did not disclose it while applying to Canada.

Hi,

1. All major embassies share relevant information via integrated system.

2. Your best bet is to;

a)- Apply for some University Degree course. (As you might be aware how tough it is to get into a Master level course, and I have no doubt that all such competitive admission process makes your profile stronger.

b)-Work heavily in showing your level of establishment, like past work history, account details, property (as applicable for Pakistani nationals), and family tie. In short, you can counter your rejection based on your strong level of establishment.

the thing makes me worried is that how many chances remain IF you already have been rejected twice even with full documentation please read me reply to ramzero will that be the case?

Hi,

Your only option is to apply again with full confidence. You won’t achieve anything under stress. There is nothing like minimum/maximum chances to apply. Work hard on your level of establishment/family tie.

Re: @ enfeild and other experienced fellows

All embassies have a protocol of checking your back ground Arsalan. When they do that they check for criminal records in any country and everything comes up on their screen. By everything i mean that their system will also show that you have applied for us and german visa and if you do not disclose that, they can ban you for 2 years to apply for Canadian visa for misrepresentation. and if you are banned it will sabotage your chances of getting the visa in future. the ban gives your case a bad look to every embassy thus decreasing your visa chance to bottom low. I hope you understand what i am saying. No matter what happens never lie or hide something from embassies cause they make you sign on every form that you understand everything and are not lying or hiding something intentionally.
