Accounts must be in the name of yourself or spouse only, no other person. So yes it is a problem.
You can move your funds around however you like just as long as you have the funds any time they ask for proof (typically once at local VO stage and again upon landing) and you do not arouse the VO's suspicion that the funds may not be yours or they may not be liquid and unencumbered.

You cannot count borrowed funds as settlement funds.

what are you talking about brother...contact WES ASAP....416-972-0070 they will put you on hold min 20min...so dont hung up the call
