Employment Verification Process

Hello all,

My employer does not have online presence whatsoever. I understand one of the ways of doing background checks is through their website.

I submitted my reference letter in the required format, I also added my statement of account showing salary deposits from my employers for about 12 months. Would this documents be sufficient?

How will IRCC go about the online presence challenge?

My application has been approved already, though I'm still waiting for ppr mail.
I didn't get any ADR whatsoever. So I guess the two documents I submitted were sufficient enough.
I don't think my employers were even contacted.
When's your AOR?

Oh wow congratulations!!! May I ask what you put in your contact in the work letter?
Since my employer doesn’t have a website, he put his personal email, work phone and address. Mine does show on google search.

The company's letter headed paper carries the official e-mail address, contact phone numbers.
But d reference was signed by my manager/supervisor. He didn't put his personal e-mail or phone number. He insisted the company's e-mail on the letter head is sufficient enough.

So maybe they did a google search and found your employer immediately.
