Can people pls share the details about an employment verification call or email received by their employer.
Questions asked particularly by CIC or visa officer.

They usually ask for Employee number and regularity with your manager. They also verify the roles and responsibilities.

What if someone has provided only HR manager contact number? HR manager might not know details about each and every employee. How would then the roles and responsibilities be verified? Does the HR then only verify what is written and shared in experience letter?

The HR must be having the an employee directory.

Please Help i had recieved my ita, last date of sending my application is 9 september.i have all my documents only one of my employers is not providing proper documents he is not cooperating what should I do, it is not going to affect my crs as i already have 4 and a half year work experience.Should i withdraw and make new profile.Please suggest

Then why are you adding it? Remove it from work histort add in personal.
 
Can i do that after i have got my ita because before i had added it under work experience.If it will not raise any concerns than it will be so simple for me.
Shouldnt be an issue dont forget to explain it i. loe
 
Thank you so much.in my loe should i just write that my employer is not providing me proper documents.
in case they're not yes. but make sure you have proof you worked there like old payslips and docs in this case
