Hello, my wife has used the link provided on the document checklist

https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/account-individuals.html

When we go into the site and click on Notice of Assessment we have an option to print

(These include lines 420, 428, 435 and 482 plus a balance at the bottom.)

However, the document checklist says it must include LINE 150 (TOTAL INCOME).

I'm really confused, I don't understand if this is correct or not.

We have a copy of her 2017 Tax Return summary with line 150 separately. Should we include this plus the printed version of Notice of Assessment that is missing line 150?

If you are working in Canada, provide an original letter from your current employer stating your period of employment, salary, and regular hours per week AND one of these documents issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA):
• Your most recent Notice of Assessment. This must include line 150 (Total Income), or
• Proof of income statement (Option C).

Note: You can view (and print) your tax return(s) as well as other personal tax information using the CRA's My Account online service.
To register or login, visit https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/accountindividuals.

Yes, this is what we are doing. However, the Notice of Assessment does not include line 150 as required.

it includes lines 420, 428, 435 and 482.

A proof of income statement is not even an option we can see on the login page neither.

The top says there's limited access and need to a CRA security code....is this what we are missing? If we get the code, would we see the information correctly in the notice of assessment or have the option C appear?

It's extremely confusing, neither of us can work out what it is we are supposed to be doing exactly.

Yes, to have full access, you need to have the security code.
