Employment requirement for FSWP and CEC

Under each NOC code, there is an employment requirement stated on the CIC website. I have two work experiences.One is the work experience in my home country, my education background suits the employment requirement of the NOC. But for my Canadian work experience, none of my education background suits the employment requirement stated in that specific NOC code. Is that a problem for CEC?

Education background doesn't matter. It only comes into play during lmia application. Pick the noc code with the closest duties.
