Please don't mistake that for arrogance. I just put out an opinion, that's all. Of course, having a consultant or not is one's personal choice. I cannot "force" anyone to do anything! I can only suggest!

Oh no don't worry, I realise it was for advise. I've just had to keep explaining it to others when I mention it. That's all Thanks though.

I have got a detailed reference for the job that I did around 5-6 years ago. The date on the reference letter is also of 2010 - and it is after the job completion so it covers the period I worked there. It is on the company letterhead and sealed but does not give the name of the person signing it, instead it says Authorized signatoryy" and his sign.

I was wondering if this is normal.
Also, the company has now changed its address.
