Hello guys,
I received my ITA under Express entry skilled trades CEC category on 04/07/2024. My question is " I am not able to reach out to my previous employers to get Employment record ( job offer letter, paystubs). Is there any alternative way how I can justify my past work history to IRCC, if I am not able to reach out to my previous employers?" Please guide me through this. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Then you should have paystubs, T4s, job offer. You can reach out to your former supervisors for references.

Yes I have T4s for all previous jobs, but I am not able to reach my former supervisor(s). What to do in this case?

Then you cannot do anything. Though, I don't get it how come you don't have a job offer? How you worked without it? The company doesn't exist anymore?

It was an employment agency and they give you random shifts when they need to warehouses.
