I don't have all my employment records from the last 10 years, some companies I worked for don't even exist anymore. Everything is under my husband's name and he has everything complete. My points actually don't matter since we have almost 900 points. Is there a way that I don't have to submit all my previous employment information. Thanks.

Yes. Remove all your work experience - it doesn't matter to this application because it adds no points.
