Employment Offer

Hi guys,

I haven't created my Express Entry profile as yet but I have been on this forum for a couple of months now and have started setting job alerts in Canada as well. I recently applied for a position in Montreal, NOC code B, and I'm having an interview with them next week.

Should they now want to offer me the job, what are they supposed to do? Do they need to apply for a LMIA?
