My husband and I have been looking for employment options in Canada in order to immigrate. We have been approached by a consultancy in Delhi, India and they offered assistance in getting job placement before processing VISA. We were in formed that the VISA will be processed by the employer for both applicant and spouse.
He had an interview with Constellation Software Inc. on Friday and received an offer letter on Sunday afternoon. We tried verifying the company details and were able to get details. But we were not able to find the HR who sent the offer letter. Hence, we are not sure on the legitimacy of the offer. Any help will be highly appreciated.
Below is the offer letter as sent:

Dear XXX,
With reference to the discussions we had with you, we, on behalf of Constellation Software, are pleased to offer you the position of 'Software Testing Lead' and invite you to join Constellation Software family.
As a member of Our Organization team, we would ask for your commitment to deliver outstanding quality and results that exceed client expectations. In addition, we expect your personal accountability in all the products, actions, advice and results that you provide as a representative of Our Organization. In return, we are committed to providing you with every opportunity to learn grow and stretch to the highest level of your ability and potential.
We are confident you will find this new opportunity both challenging and rewarding. The following points outline the terms and conditions we are proposing.
• Salary: Annual NET starting salary of CAD$ 82750 paid by your choice of cheque or direct deposit (This salary is take home after TAX deduction)
• Job Description: (your job profile remain as the same as stated on your resume which you have submitted for screening).
• Performance Bonuses: Up to seven percent of your annual net salary, paid quarterly by your choice of cheque or direct deposit.
• Contract Duration: 5 Years (Renewable)
• Working Hours/Days of Work: 08:00am – 04:00pm (Monday – Friday)
• Benefits: Standard, Constellation Software provides benefits for all employees which includes the following:
§ Child daycare assistance
§ Education assistance
§ Health, dental, life and disability insurance
§ Sick leave
§ Vacation and personal days (Constellation Software have 30 working days annual leave (which is additional to public/religious holidays), which can be taken at any time during the year (subject to approval). During any of your vacation Constellation Software shall pay for your flight ticket.
§ Accommodation (three-Bed-Room Apartment for married staffs and One-Bed-Room Apartment for single staff, this accommodation is free) and
§ Transportation (Free Transportation, from home to place of work everyday)
The allowances, benefits and other terms and conditions of your employment will be as per Company'spolicies as applicable from time to time. Your compensation will be reviewed in future as per Company's policy.
On joining the company you shall be on probation for Six months. You will abide by the rules and regulations of the company as may be in force from time to time.
We welcome you aboard and the detailed appointment letter will be given to you at the time of joining. We expect you to join on or before 10th November 2017 considering the fact that VISA clearance will take time, otherwise this offer will stand withdrawn automatically.
