Employment Location for Post Graduate Work Permit

Hi, Everyone!
I just graduated from a university in BC and have got a post graduate work permit (PGWP) recently. I did flag-pole with Canada Border Services Agency for my work permit. As for the PGWP, it shows the Employment Location is Vancouver, unfortunately, I didn't notice this information.

I have moved from BC to Manitoba last week. Today, I visited one medical insurance office in Winnipeg as I wanted to use Manitoba's medical insurance. But on officer told me it's unavailable because he found Employment Location is Vancouver on my PGWP.

Is anyone knows how to fix this problem? Such as apply for a new work permit with CIC. Thanks in advance!

I am facing this issue too - I'm still having a hard time getting answers.

It's supposed to be an open work permit but mine states employment location as 'YORK'

It says nothing about being restricted to a specific location under the conditions. I'm guessing it's not technically an issue as the PGWP is supposed top be a Canada-wide open wok permit, but I am still confused and need confirmation from anyone with experience.
