Employment letter

Hi,
Thank You Very Much for taking the time to read my concern.

I applied to a course in Canada and I had to submit my two years of employment at a company.
Now the company is not running and out of business.
Should I submit my employment when I am applying for PR or should I not ?
also, will the employment letter given to me one year ago would work when I am applying for PR.

It's always a good idea to be honest in your application as you risk a ban for misrepresentation

If the company is no longer in business then clearly you are not an employee so on what grounds would you be using this employment letter?

I used this letter to enroll into a program for a University (the business was running at that time when I submitted the letter) but now its not running anymore. Can I use that employment letter for my PR application to declare my previous employment ?

What program are you applying for PR.. is it a express entry or Canadian Experience class or something else. Whether the letter would be useful or not depends of the stream you are applying to

Planning to apply for Express Entry , if not CEC.
