Employment letter : responsibilities and duties for 2281

Hi,

my employer has provided the following responsibilities and duty for my previous 2281(computer network technician) position.

1 system administration on windows and Linux servers
2 apache/tomcat and IIS troubleshooting
3 customer service through phone and email
4 incident management

Is this list enough for a typical employment letter duty section ?

It is not enough.. I work in the same area.. list out more responsibilities.. at least say 10

yours looks a little short. It could definitely use some more duties, more information and more details about your duties.
