Employment Letter question

At that time, I applied for federal skilled worker class and decision is still pending for that. Now, i applied for CEC with same letter i got in Sep 2011 but i think CEC has mentioned to provide updated letter of reference. Also, my experience was on PGWP which was full 1 year and i am little bit worried that they can reject my case if they feel i am short of few days. So for safer side, instead of just providing the letter for sep 1st 2010 - aug 31 2011, i want to provide them sep 1st 2010 - dec 2011. what you think?

so you were eligible at the time u applied right...?

if yes, then why do u want to give another letter just for updating the duration? you don't need to!

shouldn't be a problem if u consistently worked 30 hrs/week.. I wouldn't submit a new letter if that was the only thing to worry about

I had same problem with job duties. Infact my Manager just copied and pasted 5 job duties out of 7 from HRSDC website and even specified my NOC code in letter. I am October applicant and keeping my fingers crossed. Many people suggested me that it shouldnt be huge problem because my company already is having pretty good reputation as they hire so many developers from Ukraine and they never got there application or LMO rejjected. I dont think its a big deal if your company has a good profile in record of Immigration.
I decided not to send updated letter because few days ago some applicant got rejected due to missmatch in NOC according to updated Job Duties.

Hi,The best thing to do right now is to wait it out.

Do not complicate anything anywhere.

As mentioned on these forums, an application is CIO specific. If he/she slept well the night before or has had come fun the night before then he/she would be in an amazing mood to oversee all of that.
