Hello people,

I have received ITA on Nov 9th 2022, and my AOR is Jan 6th 2023.

Here is my query :

I have completed my one year of Canadian experience on Nov 4th 2022 and I took the employment letter on Nov 2nd 2022 from my company mentioning the start date and it's shows as till present.

Is that going to be a problem, since I took the employment letter 2 days before I completed my one year of experience. I also attaches the pay slips until Dec 2022 to the employment letter.

Please suggest if that is fine.!!

Your help is highly appreciated.

Thanks

That shouldn’t be a problem since you are including your paystubs. However, for your peace of mind, you could also ask your employer to reissue your employment letter with a more current date and submit it via webform as a replacement of doc. Make sure you keep a copy of the submission so you have proof of that you did your due diligence in updating IRCC. Good luck!
