Employment letter not genuine

I have received a notification in my account stating that my employment letter is not genuine with additional documents request.

I resubmitted a latest employment letter, with past 6 salary slips, business card, Job ID card and contact details of the HR manager for confirmation plus my work email address.

Misrepresentation is a 5 year ban.

Anyone knows how long it will take for them to take a decision on my applicat

Where are you applying from? Because here in Saudi Arabia my employment letter has stamp with chamber of commerce and the letter should be company letterhead..

employment letter must be on company letter head, issued and signed by competent / authorized HR authority with proper introduction of company and employee.

I some case they found people using company letter head by own (assuming this is not your case)

btw in Pakistan very few international company left so they have very quick method to verify

Yes. It was on letterhead with the HR directors signature. With all details.

It generally takes a few weeks to a few months to get a response. It sounds like you've submitted all of the right evidence to provde the letter is genuine. Hopefully you'll have fast processing. Good luck.
