Hello everyone,

I have a question that I am hoping you can help me with regarding my employment letter/NOC code. So, I worked at a tech company in Canada as a junior project manager (actual title was "Customer Success Support") and here are my responsibilities:

 Configure customer experience surveys and customized client reporting solutions using our proprietary applications
 Develop key client program elements
 Develop and manage project timelines to ensure that the project execution is carried out in a timely manner
 Interpret customer experience data and provide support to client analysis, presentations and strategic plans
 Work with clients, both internal and external, on survey and report design to deliver optimal operational improvement
solutions
 Act as a point of contact for administrative systems issues between our clients and corporate departments
 Maintain the integrity of system data; ensure accuracy of reporting through our proprietary technology
 Directly communicate with clients to optimize their accounts.
 Develop custom reports or reporting solutions based on specification for Customer Experience studies that meets current
and foreseeable client needs
 Gain and maintain an expert understanding of our product and services
 Work within our proprietary software to make updates and changes as needed
 Work with product and technical staff to enhance the client experience by tracking requests and feedback
 Use our CRM and other web-based programs to document all client interactions
 Develop and manage project timelines to ensure that the project execution is carried out in a timely manner
 Develop custom reports or reporting solutions based on specification for Customer Experience studies that meets current
and foreseeable client needs
 Implementing new technology to improve the quality of the survey experience for the participants/customers
 Process optimization, improving efficiency and quality of the entire customer experience solution program in whole
 Provide training and supervision to new team members. Also, share program knowledge with consultants and clients

So the NOC code i have identified for the role is 0125 - Other business service managers and, as far as I can tell, it meets 70% of the roles are responsibilities outlined in the NOC code (please correct me if I am wrong). My question is regarding the actual job title - does it matter than my title doesn't have the word "manager" in it? or is it more about the roles/responsibilities that matters?

Thank you for all your help.

Yes, The word "manager" changes your noc code from B to A. Your profile changes totally. Customer support comes under NOC B.
Maybe you could talk with your company about it. You could ask them for a new letter.

A new letter with the word "manager" in it instead of support?
Also, I no longer work at this company - this was my previous role.

If I can't get a different letter, is there another NOC that I may fall under?
