Hi everyone,

I have changed the position once in my company,
both positions are qualified for ee system.
my concern is do I need to address two letters or just one letter? because it's under the same company?

thank you :p

It should be just one letter from your company detailing both the jobs, duties, period, salary, full/part time, etc.

One letter is fine. Just make sure that for each designation there is a start date and end date, except for your current designation which will have only a start date.

One letter will be fine and make sure it not only covers your positions but also all the other requirements:

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),

should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and

if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).

if letter says it's Full time, is that enough ? or do we have to write number of hours ?

Thanks
If the letter mentions the words "full-time", that should be enough. If you have not obtained the letter yet, ask your employer to write the number of hours as well just to be on the safe side.

my letter has job start date, end date, permanent employee and company name. and then mentioned transfer within the company.
then i got roles responsibilities letter from my manager.

all on company letter head. only thing left was they did not write all my previous designations during job on that letter. as they said they have standard format. So for that i provided all my promotion letters and transfer letter within company. Hope all these work for me.

Does it also mention your salary, hours worked?

Those should be included as well.

I have attached my salary increments for that. For hours worker, it is written that i am permanent employee.

Not trying to scare you, but "permanent employee" only means that you are employed at the company for an indefinite time period. I would strongly recommend that you raise CSE and upload any official document (work contract, etc.) that states the number of hours/week worked.
From the information provided in your documents, it seems IRCC has no way of knowing it is a full-time position.

All the best.

Does writing Full time 40 hours/week enough ? or we need to permanent as well ??
Mentioning the word "permanent" is only required for job offers supporting your LMIA.

In normal reference letters too, you can mention any of full-time, permanent or hours worked or any other word with which you can prove that job is permanent or hours worked per week are as required by immigration program.
