Hi,

I have been working for my company for the past 10+ years. I have worked in India for 3 years in India, 6 years in US and now 1+ year in Canada with different designations. Do I have to list all work experiences in Work History(I feel this is the way to go) and produce one or 3 reference letters?
Assuming the experience in India is the oldest, you can ignore that in your profile. For foreign work experience, you max out on points at 3 years, so there is no benefit to including the oldest work experience. (Later, if you receive an ITA, you will have to list everything in your background history, but that is not required at this stage).

Yes, you should list the work experience in the USA and in Canada as different jobs. And yes, you will need 2 sets of letters / documents.
