Employment Letter HELP.

Hey guys question!

I have FINALLY managed to get letters from my employers I sent my application in May; but 2 of my employers did not provide me the job description/main responsibilities because they said they don't do such thing everything. So I finally talked to HR and got these complete letters with everything. Do you guys feel the job descriptions are good they did a pretty good job. Tell me what do you guys think?

NOC CODE 6235 FIRST LETTER JOB DUTIES:

Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking machine, telephone banking and online banking services
Interview applicants for personal, mortgage, student and business loans
Promote the sale of deposit, investment, credit and loan products and services
Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals
Submit investment request for mutual funds assuring the standards of the institution are respected
Prepare recommendations and solutions to address clients investments and borrowing needs.
Review and update clients portfolios such as RRSP, TFSA, RESP and RRIF
Act as a source of knowledge expertise of ABC Bank Products and Services

SECOND LETTER NOC CODE 6235 JOB DUTIES:

Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking machine, telephone banking and online banking services
Promote the sale of deposit, investment, credit and loan products and services
Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals
Submit credit and loan applications to credit and investment recommendations for approval or rejection; or approve or reject applications
Provide client with password reset for online banking
provide clients with answers for telephone banking inquiries

ACTUAL NOC 6235 JOB DESCRIPTION:

Financial sales representatives perform some or all of the following duties:

Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking machine, telephone banking and online banking services
Interview applicants for personal, mortgage, student and business loans
Promote the sale of deposit, investment, credit and loan products and services
Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals
Research and evaluate loan applicant's financial status, references, credit and ability to repay the loan
Complete credit and loan documentation
Submit credit and loan applications to branch or credit manager with recommendations for approval or rejection; or approve or reject applications within authorized limits ensuring that credit standards of the institution are respected
Prepare statements on delinquent accounts and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action
Review and update credit and loan files
Act as joint custodian for cash and securities

Because I'm not related to your job, I would only suggest you to make sure you cover 80% of the job duties of the NOC. And don't copy paste their job duties (I've seen rejections because that).

Hope you receive more feedback from the guys around here.

How about if I ask them for these letters instead then.

Letter one:

Here are my duties:
To provide a wide range of various RBC products and services.
Proactively contact clients for opening new personal accounts such as savings, checking, TFSA and RRSP.
Grant access to automated banking machine, telephone banking and online banking for new and existing clients.
Contact Clients to encourage the sale of deposits, investment products such as RRSP's, lines of credit, credit cards, personal loans and insurance products and all of RBC services to maximize client service.
Contact clients to recommend and analyze their current financial objectives and provide advice on paying down their debt, investment needs and other financial goals.
Provide recommendations and process changes to clients investments such as buying and selling mutual funds and GIC's in their RRSP, TFSA, RESP and RRIF accounts to maximize growth based on clients risk tolerance and investment objective complying with Royal Bank standards.
Act as a source of knowledge expertise of all RBC Royal Bank Products and Services.

Letter 2:

Here are my duties:
Receive incoming calls to provide service to clients and promote the sale of deposit, investment, credit, loan, mortgages and insurance services to clients.
Help customers by providing different alternatives to address their current financial objectives such as paying down their debt, investment needs and other financial goals.
Service clients with making bill payments, account inquiries, account balances and balance transfers between personal accounts. Remove holds and provide access to higher limit automated banking machine withdrawals.
Meet sales objectives for business growth by cross selling between BMO departments.
Perform retention services.
Provide access to automated banking machines, telephone banking and online banking services for new and existing clients. Provide new or replace existing passwords for services mentioned above.
Act as a source of expert knowledge on all of Bank of Montreal products and services

Keep in mind I am saying both of my duties are NOC 6235.
